My brand innovation was a live brief with Topshop where we were required to look at Cardiff's store and find a way to increase the stores income, so me and my entrepreneurship partner created ''pay at the fitting room'' looking at how many sales are lost between the fitting room and cash desk and looking at ways the brand can secure a sale from the moment the customer tries on the garment, we created a before and after for the innovation followed by a launch. We used sketch up for this module, looked a various business models, we also needed to use excel to make cost plans to look at affordability and profit which was conveyed in a pitch to the store manager of Topshop Cardiff.

All the above images show how we perceived the innovation to look, you can see that the fitting room began with a cash desk and then further down the line it could be changed to interactive screens to save staffing costs in store. We also did a mock up of the launch in store to show how it may be successful.
